We aim to resolve every concern quickly. Please follow these steps:

  2. For stock broking matters, contact Bonanza Portfolio Ltd's grievance cell, using the investor grievance details published on bonanzaonline.com.
  3. For mutual fund matters, contact the AMC of the scheme concerned, using the details in its scheme documents or on its website.
  4. For insurance matters, contact the insurer's grievance cell. If unresolved, use IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal or approach the Insurance Ombudsman.
  5. For loan matters, contact the lender's grievance officer. If unresolved within 30 days, you may complain under the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme at cms.rbi.org.in.
  6. For mutual fund and stock broking matters, if you are not satisfied, lodge a complaint with SEBI on SCORES: scores.sebi.gov.in (also available as the SEBI SCORES mobile app).
  7. Online dispute resolution: if the matter is still unresolved, you may use SEBI's Online Dispute Resolution portal, SMART ODR.
