Paras Financial Services ("we", "us") is a partnership firm at SRS Tower, Office-112, 1st Floor, Near Mewla Maharajpur Metro Station, Sector-31, Faridabad, Haryana 121003. This policy covers this website and the information you share with us when you contact us or become our client.

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, phone number, email, and the information needed for KYC and account opening (such as PAN, Aadhaar, address and bank details).
• This website does not use advertising trackers and does not ask you to log in. Our web host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To complete KYC and open or service your accounts with mutual funds and with Bonanza Portfolio Ltd, to arrange insurance with insurers, and to submit loan applications to banks and NBFCs, as you request and as the law requires.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including record keeping.

Who we share it with

Only with the entities needed to provide your service: Asset Management Companies and their registrars, KYC registration agencies, Bonanza Portfolio Ltd and depositories, insurance companies, banks and NBFCs you choose to apply to, and regulators or authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your information.

How we protect it

We keep your information confidential, limit access to people who need it, and store records securely. We keep information for as long as the law and our regulators require.
